What you should expect from us

We want you to know that your complaint is being dealt with and to keep you informed of what is going on.  This is what we will do when you make a complaint.

  • We will: let you know by letter that we have received your complaint within three working days
  • We will: try to complete the investigation within 20 working days.
  • We will: let you know our findings and the outcome of the complaint.
  • We will: let you know what you can do if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
