Please register your details below, choose a username and password that you can use to log back in again to review your complaint or information request.

SCSWIS will process (gather, use, store, disclose etc.) your personal information for the purposes of dealing with your complaint or information request in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information will not be disclosed to any other organisation, unless we have a legal obligation to do so.

If you register your details you can ask us not to pass them on to anyone else, for example to the service provider or person you are complaining about. We will do all we can to respect this. However, there may be special circumstances in which we might not be able to. For example, if it appears that a criminal offence has been committed, SCSWIS would have to release your name to the police. We will let you know if we have to do this.
