Children in Europe Conference

Children experience many changes during their formative years, as they move between different educational and care settings. This event will explore how parents, carers and practitioners, including health, education and social work, can work to make these transitions seamless and manageable for young people. Hear from leading international and UK experts who will consider transitions in early years from home to childcare, and from preschool to school, as well as the many other transitions that children may experience in this key period.
